Assignment 4 Report

As augmented reality (AR) and digital technologies become more and more mainstream, new opportunities for human connection are emerging. It has become a top goal for educational institutions to provide students with digital tools that will improve their sense of community on campus and enhance their enthusiasm for learning. In this report, we are aiming to design an AR campus social app for students, which is made possible by a student ID card and an AR mobile app, to give university students a meaningful and enjoyable social interaction experience. The software will enable students to better express their personalities and give them an exciting interactive experience. Also, students can also earn points by getting good grades or attending campus events, which can be redeemed for decorations and new self models. In this way, students can more easily connect and build relationships with other students, thus enhancing their social network.
